Colts' Arthur Jones suspended four games for PED use (Shutdown Corner)

Add Indianapolis Colts defensive tackle Arthur Jones to the long list of players who will miss games at the start of the coming season because of NFL suspension. Jones will sit the first four games after violating the league’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs, as reported by the Houston Chronicle’s Aaron Wilson and others. New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady on Friday said he would end his legal battle against the National Football League over the decision to suspend him for four games as a result of the "Deflategate" scandal. On Wednesday, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York declined to review its April decision to reinstate the suspension of Brady, 38, who was twice the league's most valuable player.
